We have been mandated by a privately-owned, regional housebuilder to strengthen their team with an experienced Sales Manager. Our client delivers circa 300 homes per annum throughout Herts, Essex, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire and has 6 new projects due to launch this year. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and supporting the Sales Director in executing sales strategies across multiple developments.
You will be responsible for launching new show homes, overseeing marketing initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of presentation on-site. Additionally, you will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, construction, and finance, to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in leading and managing successful sales teams within a property sales environment.
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of new home sales and market dynamics.
* Ability to analyse data, track competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
* A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
