Brook Street are proud to be working with an established business where Customer Service is at the heart of everything they do. We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our clients call centre team as a Customer Service Representative.
You will be the first point of contract for all customers and will be responsible for addressing all queries promptly and professionally in line with the companies values.
Hours: Monday to Friday, Alternative shifts (8am - 4:30pm and 9am to 5:30pm) *Fully office based* NO WEEKENDS!

Responsibilities:
8. Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls
9. Handle customer queries efficiently and professionally
10. Have great attention to detail
11. Set up payment plans and process payments
12. Up sell products to customers and explore other products and services beneficial to the customer
13. Create and manage new customer accounts
14. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
16. Confident on the telephone and excellent manner
