We are seeking an Asset Manager – Electrical to oversee, innovate, and enhance electrical distribution systems. This role is central to ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient electrical operations across a large and diverse estate.
About the Role
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will:
* Lead the Management of installation, maintenance, and upgrades for electrical distribution systems, including fault finding and programming.
* Develop Standards for engineering excellence and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with capital project teams on design, commissioning, and handover stages, acting as an internal consultant for electrical systems.
* Train and Mentor teams, sharing knowledge and leading improvements in service delivery.
* Ensure Safety and Compliance through rigorous adherence to health and safety standards and robust management of HV/LV AP processes.
You’ll also deputise for the Asset Improvement Manager, making this a key leadership position within the team.
What Our Client Are Looking For
We’re seeking a professional with:
* HND/HNC in Building Services, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
* Proven expertise in electrical distribution systems, including HV/LV AP qualifications.
* Managerial experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* The ability to work on your own initiative while managing budgets, teams, and contractors effectively.
Experience within large buildings, plant systems, or multi-campus environments will be advantageous.
