Benefits Up to £45,000 dependent on experience Bonus scheme 22 days holidays plus bank holidays Mon – Fri 08:00 – 16:30 Work life balance Free parking Friendly and supportive team Responsibilities Increase client spend by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships Supplier/Agency management, Critical Path management and Design and Print management Inform customers of late/short deliveries despatch same day sample requests Handle and log any complaints on Excel and approve and update pricing on Sage Contribute to the implementation of a strategic marketing plan Test and measure all marketing campaigns to determine success rate Maintain CRM system, keeping all electronic and paper records up to date Research all competitors/customers, keep up to date information on product categories Identify areas for New Product Development through strong market awareness Compiling and presenting weekly reports summarising all current and future projects Requirements Proven track record in successful Account Management Outstanding communication and relationship building skills Self- motivated team player Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines Highly organised with attention to detail Excellent MS Office skills If you are a highly motivated Account Manager with a fantastic relationship building skills and a passion for the Beauty industry we would love to hear from you.
