Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Rapid Response (Days or Nights) Complex Care Nurse for the South East Kent area. This position requires 35 hours per week, primarily covering the East and South Kent regions, with occasional shifts in Mid and West Kent.
We offer mileage reimbursement for travel beyond 20 miles from your home, along with a 20% increase in the hourly rate for overtime work.
You will predominantly work clinical shifts across Kent-based complex care clients. When there is no requirement for clinical work, you will sign off on competencies, providing a great opportunity for additional responsibility while still working hands-on with clients.
Requirements:
About you:
* You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience.
* Experience in providing community-based care, ideally in complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.
* Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
