Working days for this role will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and the contract is likely to be for 9-12 months. About the role: Offering support and assistant with multiple, simultaneous projects. Stock management. Order fulfilment, stock status, reporting, and monitoring. Send weekly status reports. Liaising with external suppliers and freight agencies regarding delivery updates and timescales. General administration support. About you Ability to easily build relationships with colleagues and external organisations. Ability to multitask, in a methodical way. Experience of using Excel. Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing market. A strong communicator with excellent organisation skills.
