We are looking for a Governance Administration Assistant to join our governance team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Governance and Risk Manager, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.

Responsibilities
* Play an instrumental role in the Governance Team by providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support
* Minute taking for governance meetings
* Responsible for scheduling meetings and working across diaries
* Maintain action trackers and policies
* Monitoring the governance inbox and allocating mail accordingly, across the team
* Provide support in organising Board and Committee Meetings and training events
