Kingdom Services Group have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Input Support Administrator to join our established and successful Profit Auditing Centre.
Where : Head Office, Newton-le-Willows WA12 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm or suit the needs of the business.
Salary: £12.00 Per Hour.
Please note, this position is temporary for 2 months, it may be extended based on business needs and performance.

Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our team during a temporary staffing gap.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and highly organised individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our Centre.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
* Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document management, and office organisation.
Communication:
* Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle email correspondence.
Record Keeping:
* Maintain and update office records and databases.
* Assist in creating and maintaining organised filing systems.
Collaboration:
* Work closely with other team members and provide support as needed.
What we need from you - skill base requirements:
Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
