About the Role
The National Fostering Group have a brand-new role for a Senior Quality Assurance Administrator. This role will support the administration and implementation of operational quality assurance processes to ensure that the National Fostering Group meet regulatory standards and operate best practices. The Senior Quality Assurance Administrator will assist with the coordination, documentation and administration of quality assurance initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency and safety of our operations. They will contribute to the continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery to ensure the safeguarding and well-being of the children and families in our care.
The Senior Quality Assurance Administrator will also oversee Charms administration by leading meetings, managing change requests, maintaining guidance and communicating updates to LCAs. Additionally, they will coordinate policy and procedure reviews, ensure proper formatting and storage and communicate updates across the Group.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented and highly organised individual to join our team as a Senior Quality Assurance Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, coupled with a genuine passion for supporting operational excellence and safeguarding standards within children's services.
You will be confident in managing multiple priorities and thrive in a role that requires both strategic oversight and hands-on coordination. A natural communicator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes across the National Fostering Group, ensuring regulatory compliance and the highest standards of practice.
You will bring experience in leading administrative systems, coordinating policy and procedural reviews, and maintaining up-to-date documentation. A working knowledge of platforms like Charms, or the ability to quickly learn and manage similar systems, is essential. Most importantly, you will be committed to continuous improvement and driven by the desire to support positive outcomes for the children and families in our care.
