We’re always exploring how to create engaging colleague communications for programmes, projects and activities to keep colleagues and partners informed and help build trust across our organisation. We have an exciting opportunity for two Internal Comms Executives to join the team and help us deliver wide-ranging internal communications materials across Anglian Water and our alliance partners. One role will support our Internal Communications Business Partners, the other will provide communications support for our SAP programme, while being guided by our IC Editorial Lead. With your natural communication style and a keen eye for detail, you’ll be tasked with updating the company’s intranet pages and news hub with dynamic content. As well as this, you’ll be able to get creative by generating stimulating content such as video, photography and other digital assets, as well as writing engaging copy for use across multiple channels. What you’ll bring to the role: The ideal candidate will be tech savvy with: Heaps of passion, and experience working in communications (ideally internal communications) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Experience in relationship building and stakeholder engagement The ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment An understanding of what makes good content, how to create and curate it An explorer mindset – to help us find new ways to be at our best while supporting Anglian Water’s brand It would also be desirable if you have experience working with colleagues in operational roles. And we’d love it if you have photo/video editing skills, but training can be provided. For the SAP role, experience working in a technology-focused environment would be a real plus.
