* Key Responsibilities:
* Leading an established Operations team to deliver excellence in a business-critical 24/7/365 environment.
* Accountability for meeting or exceeding contracted SLAs in delivery of Critical Engineering and Facilities Management services.
* Owning and developing professional relationships with clients to deliver positive customer outcomes.
* Bolstering client relationships, extending Data Centre Service capabilities within the account.
* Rigorous adherence to Quality Health & Safety measures to ensure safety of teams on site.
* Effective change control procedures ensuring all works are carried out to required specification, time, and costs, with commercial agreements in place.
* P&L ownership for the site, providing monthly forecasts and delivering against those plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Knowledge or experience of critical environments in high-availability sectors.
* Maintenance & Engineering, facilities management, projects, building services experience.
* Proven track record in leading teams to deliver service excellence through enabling and empowering teams within regulatory frameworks.
* Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally, including C-suite client relationships.
* Managing essential suppliers and third-party providers collaboratively.
* Commercial awareness and business acumen, using financial metrics to drive improved margins.
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
* Excellent presentation skills, tailoring presentations to relevant audiences.
