Are you a creative professional with the ability to build and finalize large files, coupled with a passion for delivering a quality product? If so, this may be the role for you! We’re looking for an Associate Technical Artist to join our team working on Magic and other games.
What You'll Do:
* Produce print files for cards, packaging, product shots, and other assets.
* Work within a high-efficiency, heavily scripted XML workflow (Apple Script, JavaScript).
* Collaborate to ensure that all printed materials are produced to a consistently high standard.
* Preflight and troubleshoot native files.
* Coordinate final approval on assets and make file updates as needed.
* Deliver print files to partner teams within established timelines.
* Participate in project kickoff and team meetings.
* Continually help test and improve workflow.
What You'll Bring:
* 1-2 years of experience and knowledge of print production standards and packaging design, including die and cut lines.
* InDesign expertise.
* Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
* Ability to take direction and shift quickly between tasks.
* Japanese language and typesetting familiarity is a plus. (N4 proficiency or better)
Compensation Range, Currency USD:
* Starting Pay Range: $31.00 hourly
* Pay Range End: $46.50 hourly
