Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Partnerships Manager at Be What You See Consultancy. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for managing partnerships and strategic relationships. This role will also deliver training with a particular focus on Neurodiversity Inclusion and Active Bystander training. This role is based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, but allows for hybrid working between home, the Be What You See office and training locations across the North West.
£33,000 per annum for full-time working.

Experience and Knowledge
* Ability to manage and lead partnerships from start to finish,
* A commitment to equality of opportunity and passion for inclusion and social justice,
* Excellent administration skills including use of Microsoft Office,
* Excellent communication and presentation skills,
* Experience delivering training with a focus on equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI),
* Experience of conflict management.
