We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Band 5 Community Staff Nurse into our friendly and supportive team. You will contribute to the provision of high quality care, within a variety of community settings, which include the patients home and clinic settings. We believe in care that treats the whole person, not just the condition. We enable patients to stay at home longer and leave hospitals faster. Our community nurses work closely with members of the wider multi-disciplinary teams, including our GP's, local hospices, complex care nurses, health and social care coordinators, specialist nurses and therapist colleagues. Suitable if you are either a nurse looking for your first job in community nursing or are looking to continue or progress your community nursing career. If you would like to learn skills such as end of life care, wound care and holistic care planning (to name a few), then we would welcome your application.
