Key Responsibilities: Provide support and guidance to young people, helping them to achieve personal and social development goals Lead and participate in engaging activities, workshops, and group sessions Build positive relationships with young people and offer a safe, welcoming environment Assist in managing behaviour and provide support in resolving conflicts Work alongside other professionals to develop tailored programs for young people Support with planning and organising youth-focused events and activities Requirements: Experience working with young people in a youth work, education, or similar setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to engage and motivate young people from diverse backgrounds Creative, proactive, and passionate about supporting youth development DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) Flexible and adaptable approach to work What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate Supportive and inclusive work environment Opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people Part-time temporary role with flexibility What next?
