Are you an Auditor passionate about the charity/NGO/international development sector?
Do you want to play an integral role in helping the world's largest charities to improve their finance processes and internal controls, ensuring valuable funds get to where they're most needed?
If so, I've got the perfect role for you. In this Audit Manager role, you'll be based in London but with global travel to Africa, Southeast Asia, and LATAM (around 25% of the year).
You'll work with some of the biggest names in the international development space, leading projects, managing a diverse staff, and ensuring client relationships are well maintained.
You don't need technical audit experience working with charities or NGOs - some of our recent placements have come from financial services or commercial audit backgrounds. But, you'l need to show a clear passion for the international development sector.
This team has a great work-life balance, with a 9-5 office hour culture. Office days are completely flexible, with most of the team doing 1-2 days a week in the office.
Progression to Senior Manager and beyond is open for the right candidates, with many senior members of the team having progressed internally, so hopefully this isn't just your next job, but the one after that as well!
You'll be great for this role if;
* You're an experienced Auditor, with at least 1 year of management experience
* You've trained at a global accounting firm (Big 4/Top 25 preferred)
* Have a clear passion for the NGO sector, demonstrable through fundraising, volunteering experience, or similar
* preference for candidates with additional language skills beyond English (French, German, Spanish, and Arabic are most sought after). Visa and relocation are funded for candidates who bring these extra language skills!
