A forward thinking and growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in the personal care and wellness spec is seeking a Content Strategist to join their team in London.
Reporting to the Head of Growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving their creative strategy, owning end-to-end content processes, and shaping the way they connect with their target audience through paid campaigns and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a creative strategy focused on both paid campaigns (META as the core channel) and organic content to engage and grow our audience.
Own the end-to-end content process, from ideation sessions and creating briefs to producing assets and managing shoot productions.
Analyze performance metrics (CTRs, team KPIs, ad account data) to refine content and optimize campaigns, using 3rd party tools and ad libraries.
Identify and target new audiences with tailored creative content, covering a broad range of our target market.
Manage workflows across the business, collaborating with a freelance videographer and potentially an agency, while exploring opportunities to bring content creation in-house.
