Job Summary – Resident Service Manager (12m FTC)
We are seeking an experienced Resident Service Manager to manage a residential development within the Leatherfield area. This is a single-site role working in a new residential building.
This is a full-time 40hr week position.
Will include working alternative Saturdays
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract, with strong potential to be made permanent

Responsibilities as a Resident Service Manager:
1. Act as the main contact for residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers, and contractors.
2. Make sure residents and potential residents have a great experience from their first inquiry to moving in.
3. Perform viewings for prospective residents, showcasing the space and all the facilities included.
4. Increase customer satisfaction on all platforms.
5. Complete inventory checks before check-ins and after check-outs.
6. Inspect occupied and vacant properties to ensure they are in excellent condition and report any issues.
7. Manage the residents’ move out process.
8. Attend resident events and help with the planning of these events.
9. Help to create a vibrant and welcoming community within the building, offering exceptional customer service at all times.
10. Attain set targets regarding occupancy, revenue and pricing.
11. Assist team members with ad hoc duties as and when required.
Skills required as a Resident Service Manager:
1. Ideally ARLA qualified (desirable but not essential).
2. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for building long-term working relationships.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Resilient, able to work under pressure.
5. Proactive and able to use your own initiative.
