About the Role
As an Executive Culinary Leader, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional food experiences for our clients and customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in menu development, kitchen management, and team leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement innovative menu ideas that meet the high standards of our clients and customers
* Lead and manage a team of chefs to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and overall guest experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our food offering
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
* Proven track record of menu development and kitchen management
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
