Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Nurse / Learning Disability Nurse (Band 5) to join our client’s dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health conditions following from an acquired brain injury, promoting their well-being and independence. Qualifications NMC registration (UK) Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification Good understanding of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Strong empathy, patience, and understanding towards individuals Benefits: 38 days annual leave Company pension Life Assurance Free parking NMC pin paid for Specialist training & education with close links with the university Responsibilities Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care and treatment plans Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for individuals Support and educate individuals, their families, and caregivers on mental health and learning disability issues Advocate for individuals' rights and contribute to the improvement of mental health services Reference: WILL107425/AP INDACC
