Job Description Out of hours - Weekend / Bank Holidays Customer Service Advisor £11 per hour, increasing to £12 per hour after probation Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays 9am – 9pm – Split 9am – 3 pm or 3-9pm Office Based - Taunton, TA1 Do you have previous customer service experience? You will be to be the first point of contact emergency works for clients Provide phone cover for out of hours service Take inbound and make outbound calls Ensure all calls are logged on the system Liaising with contractors and ensure that correct rates are agreed prior to them being deployed Ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times You do not need existing experience to apply for this role What are they looking for?
