Job Title: Nurse - Days
Salary: £23.79 per hour + incentives
Hours: Part-Time (7am - 7pm, 2 days per week including some weekends)

About the Home:
Located in a picturesque village, our care home offers a mix of traditional and modern features, providing a comfortable and homely environment for our 42 residents. We specialise in personal, nursing, and dementia care, ensuring our residents receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the clinical team to assess, plan, and implement care for residents
2. Ensure safe medication administration and upkeep of accurate records
3. Promote independence and dignity, supporting residents with daily activities
4. Lead and support carers in delivering personal care and assisting with tasks like dressing and feeding
5. Regularly update care plans, ensuring they reflect individual needs and progress
Essential Requirements:
1. Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Registered Nurse)
2. At least one year of experience in a nursing home setting
3. Experience writing and maintaining person-centred care plans
4. Ability to work within a 30-minute commute of the care home
Desirable Experience:
1. Three years' experience in a similar nursing home role
2. One year of experience caring for residents with dementia
