What you'll do:
* Manage, coach and develop a large team of varied seniorities
* Oversee all financial operations ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
* Define and deliver the Finance/SMT agenda in conjunction with strategic planning cycle
* Drive commercial returns through constructive challenge and support of the SMT
* Responsible for day-to-day finance support across key areas: Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Transactional Operations
* Proactively manage relationships with key stakeholders
What you bring:
* Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload to strict deadlines
* Analytical with good attention to detail and numeracy skills
* Strong IT skills, particularly competence in spreadsheets/Excel (advanced) and finance systems
* Positive attitude to change and embracing new ideas and ways of working
