Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Central England
We are partnering with a global leader in sustainable packaging solutions to find an experienced Field Service Engineer.

The Role:
You will be responsible for installing and commissioning packaging machinery, working on large-scale projects, and managing key customer accounts while promoting innovative packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and commission packaging machinery on-site at client locations.
* Work on large-scale projects, often spanning 3-6 months, with varying week-to-week challenges and opportunities.
* Manage key customer accounts, providing exceptional service and support.
* Promote innovative packaging solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
Your Profile:
We're looking for experienced engineers with a solid background in both electrical and mechanical systems within a FMCG environment.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of Servo Systems, particularly in troubleshooting motor and controller components.
* Experience working online with PLCs, connecting laptops to diagnose and resolve issues.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
* Customer-facing experience with a focus on maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
