Hays, the global leading recruitment company currently has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support our specialist teams based in our Birmingham city centre office.
The role is critical to the ongoing success of the business; therefore, this role requires a committed and focused individual. You will thrive on working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Your main responsibilities will be supporting consultants with the preparation of candidate CVs, scheduling and writing reports, and checking candidates' documents on a day-to-day basis.
A large part of your role will involve assisting with outstanding compliance for a variety of our recruitment specialisms. Other duties for this job will be running activity reports for management daily, and you need to be able to do general ad-hoc duties when needed.
This role will suit an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build professional working relationships with a wide variety of people. It is essential that you are customer-focused with a positive and can-do attitude. This is a busy and demanding role; therefore, it is essential that you have the ability to prioritize a changing workload. Excellent IT knowledge in both Word and Excel is essential. Full training will be provided for this role.

Daily duties will include:
* Checking candidate records accurately
* Uploading candidate details onto systems
* Completing candidate application forms
* Checking Eligibility and ID
* Checking Terms of Registration are signed
* Adhering to all parts of the Procedures Manual
* Requesting new DBS checks
* Requesting credit checks and International credit checks/Overseas police checks if required
* Assisting with internal and external audits
* Assisting with activity and business reports as required
* Liaising with Hays on-site teams if required
