* Hours: 09.00 - 17.30 each day
Job role:
An excellent opportunity to join a multiple award-winning luxury brand. They are now seeking to appoint a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Mayfair.
Reporting to the ECommerce Manager, you will be responsible for all customer service-related enquiries, supporting the digital team to ensure that information on the website is accurate and kept up to date.
Daily duties include:
* First point of contact for all customer service enquiries and responding in a timely and professional manner.
* Providing a high level of customer service when dealing with any internal or external requests.
* Replying to general inquiries and managing mailboxes for the company: Customer Service - providing e-commerce and customer service support, coordinating emails between the e-commerce/dispatch centre, customers, and the digital/e-commerce team.
* Replying to customer queries and dealing with complaints in a polite and professional manner.
* Liaising with the e-commerce team/managers for discounts and compensation approvals, for any ongoing online campaigns, and liaising with production regarding any complaints.
* Ensuring all data is accurately updated and recorded.
* Managing customer expectations, interacting and displaying professionalism at all times.
* Working as part of a team and also independently, managing your time appropriately and working efficiently.
* Undertaking other duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and any other reasonable management requests.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
* Experience of working in a Customer Service position.
* Customer-facing skills - telephone oriented.
* Good interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
* Ability to work under pressure and cope with conflicting priorities.
* High level of resourcefulness and the ability to solve problems using your own initiative.
* A good knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* A flexible and willing attitude with a can-do approach to work.
* Must be a team player.
Desirable skills:
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Experience of working in an SME.
* Experience of working with a luxury brand or high-end retail.
