About the role:
Dairy Australia is keen to appoint a Digital & Social Media Senior Advisor to join our Experience team within our Marketing & Communications function. This role will see you responsible for building trust and support for not only Dairy Australia, but the industry as a whole, by devising customer centric communications for a variety of audiences.
Working collaboratively across our organisation you will lead the planning, execution and governance of Dairy Australia’s social media accounts. Your aim is to grow and increase engagement of our social media audiences as well as supporting regional teams in implementing a consistent social media strategy. The role will also play a crucial role in delivering a connected content approach across social media, web and email, with a lens to continuously optimise the user experience across all our digital channels.
This is a new role in Dairy Australia, so your experience in the following will contribute to your success in this role:
1. Extensive stakeholder engagement and management;
2. Ability to drive the social media strategy and set up new ways of working;
3. Willingness to "roll up your sleeves'' to create and optimise (writing/editing) content.
Our ideal candidate:
Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience to bring to the role:
1. Demonstrable best practice experience in digital marketing, social media and content management.
2. Degree qualified in digital, marketing, communications or related field.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills as well as stakeholder management and influencing skills.
4. Expert skills in social media and digital content strategies, plans and tactics, as well as identifying and implementing emerging trends and developments.
5. Ability to apply human-centered design and creative analysis to understand target audiences, conduct research, test ideas, and define user journeys.
6. Skills in UX/UI design, SEO/SEM and digital analytics and reporting.
7. Skills in enterprise content management (preferably Sitecore), email communications and customer relationship management platforms (Salesforce preferable).
