A proactive and skilled Customer Success Specialist is required to join the customer success team at a leading womenswear retailer based in Leicester on a full-time basis. This is an evening role, working from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Due to the site location and shift times, access to your own transport would be beneficial, as remote work is not available. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive company culture and become part of a growing in-house customer success department with a strong focus on communication, service, and brand advocacy.
