What the job involves This role involves scheduling logistic runs for servicing within the Community Equipment Service, ensuring adherence to defined procedures via the IT system. You will produce and disseminate reports as part of an escalation process and schedule both standard and urgent equipment repairs. Key responsibilities include updating escalation information, resolving customer and partner queries on servicing and telecare, and assisting with billing activities. The role also requires scheduling telecare installations, offering general administrative support, and upholding health and safety duties as per division standards, alongside any additional duties assigned by the Service Director.
