WE'RE HIRING: MAINTENANCE CONTRACT MANAGER!
Are you a skilled Maintenance Contract Manager looking for a new opportunity in the police industry? Look no further! Our client is currently seeking a talented and experienced professional to join their team for a temporary period of 6 months.
As part of their team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing maintenance contracts to ensure the smooth running of essential police facilities.
1. Utilise your excellent contract management knowledge to oversee and manage small works maintenance contracts with external vendors.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper execution of services, including repairs, inspections, and installations.
3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor the quality of work and compliance with contractual agreements.
4. Manage the budget for maintenance contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports for senior management.
6. HNC Construction or equivalent building related qualification.
7. Understanding and knowledge of schedule of rates
8. Writing specifications
9. Obtaining quotes and issuing work
10. Proven experience in contract management within the construction or facilities management industry.
11. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
12. Ability to drive to different locations as required.
