Position Details:
* Start Date: January 2025
* End Date: July 2025
* Hours: Full-time, term-time only, 8:35am - 3:15pm
About the Role:
You will play a key role in supporting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pupils, helping them thrive in a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
* Supporting individual and group learning needs, including SEN pupils.
* Fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive atmosphere for children.
* Contributing to the assessment and development of children’s skills in line with EYFS standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience working with EYFS pupils is highly desirable.
* A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive, caring, and patient approach to supporting young learners.
* A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
