14. Relevant GCSE, 'A' level or graduate qualifications or equivalent
15. Ability to establish positive and meaningful relationships with SEN students and teachers
16. Empathetic, caring and compassionate
Responsibilities
17. Supporting KS3-KS4 SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
18. Attend student's personal needs and offer guidance on welfare matters.
19. Prepare materials of the quality and quantity specified by the teacher
20. Protect pupils who require special education by providing them with specific assistance.
21. Support behaviour management at the beginning and end of lessons and during lesson transfer
22. Support the delivery of high quality, challenging and differentiated educational activities and sensory experiences
23. Contribute to the delivery of high-quality, challenging, and tailored educational activities aligned with a diverse and comprehensive curriculum
24. Help Children to reach their full potential across all learning domains
