Are you an ambitious Sales Admin? Are you a whiz with data analysis? Do you have a keen eye for attention to detail? Then this could be the role for you!

Our client in the Solihull area is looking for a Sales Admin to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Benefits:

1. Salary - Up to £27,000 per annum DOE
2. Hours of work - Monday to Thursday - 08:00 to 17:00 / Friday 08:00 to 14:00
3. Early finish Friday!

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Deliver excellent customer service with existing customers via calls and emails.
2. Monitor & distribute group inboxes to appropriate departments.
3. Respond to telephone, email, and web queries in an efficient manner.
4. Liaise with customers and colleagues to resolve technical queries.
5. Make accurate cost calculations to provide customers with quotations.
6. Sales order processing using our bespoke in-house software.
7. Data input and analysis using MS Excel.
8. Liaise and build relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
9. Generate and send O&M Manuals and Method Statements to customers.
10. Track costs and negotiate with suppliers to ensure budgets are met.
11. Complete Pre-Qualification Questionnaires for potential customers.
12. Process orders with the supply chain for products and materials.
13. Monitor supply chain lead times and delivery dates to ensure deadlines are met.
14. Work with the production team in maintaining stock control and re-order levels.
15. Assist with Goods Out & In administration, such as preparing and checking delivery manifests and liaising with suppliers on any damaged items.
16. Assist the daily activities of the Operations and Manufacturing departments as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Proficient with MS Excel, with the ability to input formulas.
2. Experience with submitting Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
3. Submission of quotations and tenders.
4. Keen attention to detail, with data analysis experience.
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Friendly but professional telephone manner.
