Tasks and responsibilities:
Main purpose of job
To drive the growth of Bleckmann’s UK logistics Fashion and Lifestyle operations through:
* Creating sales opportunities and converting them into new business
* Growing the existing business, e.g. through the sale of value-added services
Key tasks
* Identifying sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling; face to face meetings; networking; conferences; relationship building etc
* Upselling the wide range of value-added services offered by the Bleckmann business – e.g. Renewal Workshop – to new and existing clients
* Preparing financial projections and sales targets
* Conducting due diligence to ensure all new business is profitable and viable
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the transition into the Bleckmann business is seamless
* Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings
* Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
* Collaborating with stakeholders to develop sales and marketing strategies
Profile:
* Extensive networking experiencing within the fashion and lifestyle industry
* A full understanding of the supply chain in both B2B and B2C logistics operations, including commercials
* Ability to work with the ‘Salesforce’ system
* Initiative and good decision-making skills
* Confident and outgoing
* Innovative and creative
* Happy to travel both within the UK and globally
