A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea are on the hunt for several Secondary Teaching Assistants across their School. They are looking for graduates to join their team for a September start, and on a long-term basis.
You’ll be working across the whole Secondary School motivating and inspiring struggling pupils who are finding School life hard. In addition to targeted academic support, you’ll be supporting the SENCO and creating learning plans for pupils with are showing signs of challenging behaviour and monitoring them daily. This role will also involve admin tasks such as, intervention notes, incident statements and working with both class teachers & parents.
