To support this continued success, they are looking for a strategic and results-driven professional to lead their Amazon sales channel and enhance customer experiences in the ever-evolving digital marketplace. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer engagement. Manage and optimise multiple Amazon marketplaces, ensuring best-in-class customer experiences. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth. Leverage digital marketing techniques and emerging technologies to maximise platform performance. Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium10 or Data Dive to improve product listings. Assist in executing and optimising PPC campaigns to align with overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with the FBA & Inventory team to ensure consistent stock availability. Prepare reports on key performance metrics, sales trends, and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest marketplace trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Strong grasp of key Amazon metrics such as Search Frequency Rank, Market Basket Analysis, Repeat Purchase Behaviour, and Customer Demographics. Ability to segment and analyse customer data for strategic decision-making. Desired Skills and Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in the Amazon marketplace. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis. Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate performance. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
