As an Employed Consultant, you will benefit from permanent employment with Robert Walters and will be deployed on an interim or project basis into our clients' organisations, in return we will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills with ongoing training and professional accreditations The Opportunity: In this role you will be dedicated to managing and supporting the expansion of the Managed Printing Solution within our Corporate Information Solutions team. Managed Printing Solution provides colleagues a follow you print printing and scanning solution at all offices. This deployment expansion will be managed over multiple phases for 2025 replacing multiple legacy solutions currently in use. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring the MPS project, ensuring it is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the management of the Managed Print project plan, deliverables, data gathering, tracking, status for the deployment phases. Support Technical Product Manager in coordinating project activities and resources between teams and print vendor provider. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues that arise. Creates and maintains project documents that support the program including schedules, and status reports. Analyses data and provides Value Add reports on a weekly/monthly basis Ensures methodology compliance, auditing and tracking of ongoing projects; using the agreed tools at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follows the approved delivery. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors. Co-facilitate project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items. Help manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on project processes. Supports Technical Product Manager with creating budget trends and tracking, provides reporting.
