Main duties of the job
Experience of primary care management is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be able to start within the month of March/April and must be able to take over the reins fully.
Must have proven people management, communication, organisational and IT skills within the General Practice setting. An understanding of practice finance and business knowledge is deemed essential for this role.

Job responsibilities
The Interim Practice Manager will work closely with the Partners in developing and maintaining an efficient and effective GP practice.
At all times the postholder must act in a manner consistent with the code of conduct and appearance representing the Practice and the NHS.

* Current experience of practice management in a general practice setting
* Experience of confidentiality, team working and team leading.
* High level of IT experience
* HR experience
* Financially astute
* Problem solving
* Empathy and understanding
* Must be reliable and enthusiastic
* Experience of EmisWeb
