Our client, a fast growing organisation, with a great friendly culture, who specialist in serrvices to customer are expanding and require a Sales Relationship Management Administrator the role: To provide complete administrative support to the organisation; focusing primarily on the pre-sales and sales process. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate computer-based Customer Relationship Management software for the sales process and use all the word processing and other software to produce correspondence, reports, training specifications, training programmes and data updates, as required. Operate the marketing and sales systems. Maintain catalogue, reference and update handouts and other reference material for the sales process. Receive, record and deliver telephone messages. Give advice and information on ’ services to customers and potential customers. Assist the organisation on stands at exhibitions. Maintain filing systems for all feedback, correspondence, literature, reference data, training programmes. Receive and entertain visitors, callers, course delegates.
