For which tasks (responsibilities)?
* Operational management of campaigns on Paid Social Channels (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Bigo Ads, Pinterest, VK);
* Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns with data and metrics and optimizing accordingly (internal services, Google Sheets, etc.);
* Close collaboration with RnD and creative teams;
* Interact with network partners to build fruitful and long-term relationships;
* Test new networks and prepare them for launch;
* Keeping up to date on the latest UA strategies and technologies and assisting in improving solution offerings.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
* 2+years of UA experience in gamedev (experience with Paid Social network must have);
* Experience of working with IAA monetization games;
* Confident knowledge of the funnel and performance indicators in UA;
* Analytical mindset, ability to work with statistics;
* English B1+;
* Proactivity and initiative.
Will be a plus:
* Experience working with Applovin, Unity, Mintegral, Ironsource, Google, Liftoff, Moloco, Offerwalls/Rewarded networks.
