Role Summary
Are you passionate about providing high-quality support to patients with urological cancers? We are looking for a dedicated Urology Cancer Support Worker to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As a key member of the urology cancer team, you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their cancer journey. A major part of the role involves managing patients on the PSA tracker, ensuring timely follow-up and monitoring in collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNSs). You will also assist the wider clinical team in delivering a holistic, patient-centred approach, addressing both physical and emotional needs.
