About the Role - Duties and Responsibilities:
* Project management of sales orders, post sales confirmation to ensure successful fulfilment and delivery of projects.
* Overseeing day to day contact with key clients, managing major projects and taking responsibility for client communication.
* Control of key project documents including signed sales order confirmation, official signed artwork and product designs, and other supporting documents.
* Liaison with customers and internal staff across the business.
* Support the Business Development Director and Business Development Manager with selected clients, artwork creation, processing orders, and order fulfilment.
* Weekly attendance at packing schedule meeting.
* Regular monitoring and review of production schedule with workshop management.
* Provide input to sales team on client proposals, attending the weekly sales meeting.
* Monitor and manage customer complaints to ensure successful resolution.
* Drive operational improvements to reduce issues, increase productivity and efficiency, to achieve cost savings and grow profits.
* Manage the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, ensuring forecasting and leads and opportunities are up to date and liaising with the Account Managers to ensure all contact details are correct. Attend the weekly Enquiries meeting.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Responsive and professional – prioritises getting the job done on time, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Meticulous eye for detail and process driven, ideally with an understanding of ISO9001.
* 3-5 years’ sales admin experience, ideally in a luxury and/or manufacturing sector, managing high value client relationships, throughout the full lifecycle of a project.
* Strong MS Office system skills (tested) and CRM experience, ideally Sales Force, but not essential.
* Based in and around the London area, with the ability to travel to our Hainault workshop 1 day per week, 2 days working from home and 2 days able to attend meetings in Central London.
