* If you hold qualifications from the USA, Australia, Ireland, UK, or Canada, you’re eligible to register in NZ under the REQR process. This streamlined pathway recognizes your qualification and facilitates your registration as a pharmacist.
* For the non-REQE pathway, qualified pharmacists will need to complete and submit the initial consideration application form to the Pharmacy Council of NZ. To do this, you’ll need to be a registered pharmacist in your home country and hold a university degree in pharmacy (e.g., BPharm, MPharm).
* Please review the requirements via www.pharmacycouncil.org.nz. If you have submitted your initial consideration application form and passed the OPRA exam and NZPL course (or if you have started this process) and are looking to apply for registration as an Intern Pharmacist or Pharmacy Technician in NZ, please get in touch.
