Job title: Secretary - Procurement Director

Salary: £35,047+ (Depending on skills and experience)
What you'll be doing:
* Proactively manage the daily activities of the line Managers including diary management, paperwork, travel arrangements and itineraries, and meeting logistics as necessary and process invoices/expenses in line with the travel and expenses policy and ensuring payment dates are achieved
* Email management, screening incoming mail, telephone calls and messages, draft responses, redirecting correspondence and callers to appropriate department obtaining additional information as necessary
* Establish and maintain the Management information system(s), including physical and electronic files for the department
* Prepare reports and documents as required by Senior Executives in line with their required deadlines
* Provide preparation & support to meetings to enable an effective review to take place. Co-ordinate & facilitate the successful delivery of Key Events / Conferences/VIP Visits as and when required
* Support the wider Team in discharging administration activities as required and support the secretarial community/functional on an ad-hoc basis where appropriate and agreed e.g. holiday/sickness cover
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Must have Secretarial experience alongside experience proactively managing the daily activities including diary management, paperwork, travel arrangements and itineraries, travel expenses, etc.
* Experience of delivering excellent customer service to a wide variety of stakeholders
* Excellent experience of collating, & analysing information with strong IT skills
* Experience of developing relationships with key stakeholders and proven employee communications and engagement skills
Desirable:
* Some knowledge of SHE processes or systems: Understand your obligations under SHE to ensure all Health & Safety protocols are met in line with the company requirements
