A large Facilities management company with 2000 employees and a £30 million turnover business is seeking an Operations Manager.
This role will be responsible for the Hub based at Crawley and managing 2 satellite sites in Slough, Bristol, and Portsmouth, reporting directly to the CEO.
The Hub coordinates all sales orders for windows, doors, and conservatories, ensuring delivery to the satellite sites for the fit teams to collect and install.
Salary is up to £55k with an OTE of £70-£75k, including a car with a fuel card, 25 days holiday, private medical insurance, life assurance (3 times salary), and a pension.
We are ideally looking for a strong Operations Manager with at least 5 years of experience from an installations background, preferably with P&L responsibility and the ability to manage people remotely. Experience in the double glazing field and direct sales is advantageous.
