InterMoor are currently looking to source an Operations Co-Ordinator on a 12-month fixed term basis. Based at their facility in Aberdeen, the Operations Co-Ordinator will be responsible for formulating and controlling various documents, as well as regular communication with Clients and the InterMoor Yard team to facilitate the hire of equipment to third party clients.
Duties & Main Responsibilities
1. Set up hire orders in the rental database to produce appropriate dispatch paperwork
2. Produce equipment quotations for clients
3. Formulate proforma invoices, stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being shipped internationally for rental
4. Produce cargo summaries, stating weights, dimensions and replacement values for equipment being dispatched locally for rental
5. Compile reports with regards to various forms of equipment inspections carried out by InterMoor staff.
6. Produce hire sheets and job files for rental orders
7. Compile and distribute Hire Returns
8. Generate customer on-hire reports and send on a weekly basis to show equipment remaining on-hire
9. Update weekly client spreadsheet stating items on-hire, relevant rig, detailing client owned equipment returned or in storage
10. Stocktaking- Assisting with locating assets during stock audits by means of historical checks on movements of same
11. Liaising with clients and yard team respectively regarding current and upcoming hires and hire returns
12. Assisting with general office duties
13. Assisting Rental Operations Manager when needed.
14. Participate in on-call rotation
Required
1. Good operational and technical experience
2. Effective/competent MS Office Suite User
3. High level of communication skills both written and verbal
4. Knowledge of Mooring equipment would be an advantage
5. Experienced in using NAVISION preferred
