Pure are delighted to be partnering with an excellent business based in Witham looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team.
Main Duties:
1. Assist Project Directors with information flow through the department, implement purchase orders, authority sign off, and tracking of materials to site.
2. Manage communication with suppliers, ensuring written confirmation is received and added to the Job file in conjunction with the Logistics Lead.
3. Manage monthly invoice reconciliation and sign off from suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure month-end payment runs.
4. Attend internal project meetings to record minutes, circulate necessary data, and track actions.
5. Assist the document control team when requested to monitor and manage various document control systems, checking daily/weekly for changes or drawings that may affect our packages of works.
6. Assist the Project Delivery Team with general administration tasks such as collating RAMS and issuing and updating documents.
7. Assist Project Directors with the monthly reporting process by drafting documentation and collating items for inclusion within the report.
8. Monitor the weekly/monthly H&S requirements, retaining copies on the company servers and uploading to client sites if required.
9. Assist the project team with day-to-day tasks and serve as a single point of contact for incoming office calls.
Key Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience within an administrative role.
2. Project experience would be a bonus.
3. Excellent customer service skills.
4. Must be able to multi-task and be well organized.
5. Proactive approach.
6. Computer literacy - MS Office and required multi-discipline sites as needed.
7. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
8. Good understanding of EA-RS quality management system.
9. Accurate and rigorous in their work.
10. Able to work alone and as part of a team.
