As a Service Advisor, no two days are the same. One moment, you’ll be helping Aston Martin owners arrange the transport of their vehicles for service, providing personalised updates on the progress of their car in our world-class workshop, answering inquiries by phone, email, or in person, your job is to ensure every touchpoint reflects the Aston Martin promise of excellence. You won’t just be behind a desk – this role brings you face-to-face with the owners of some of the most sophisticated machines on the planet. You'll become a key player in the customer journey, from discussing diagnostics to organising delivery and final handover, where your personal touch will leave a lasting impression. We want someone who can bring technical insight to the table and make customers feel truly valued, all while maximising service opportunities. Imagine standing at an exclusive car show or Aston Martin Owners’ Club event, representing the brand you love, and engaging with passionate car enthusiasts who share your excitement. This is more than a traditional 9-to-5 role – it’s a chance to be part of a lifestyle, building relationships with clients who consider their cars a part of their identity. To thrive in this role, you’ll need a natural flair for customer service, resilience under pressure, and the ability to think on your feet. If you’ve had experience in a luxury, customer-facing role, particularly in the automotive sector, you’ll already understand the importance of delivering bespoke, high-end service. A keen interest in technical aspects and a UK driving licence are key, as you’ll move vehicles on-site and may be required to visit customers. This is a 100% on-site role, with occasional weekend events at luxury car shows and the Aston Martin owners' clubs. The working pattern is Monday-Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (with one extended day until 18:00 weekly).
