The service will run 7 days a week and will be part of the walk-in centre based at Soho. You will be part of our broader dynamic team which works in the scope of advanced practice. Main duties of the job The nurse will assess, manage and treat a variety of acute and chronic wounds, post operative wounds and minor burns. As part of this role, you will actively contribute to the prevention of avoidable deterioration of wounds and use expert knowledge and skill in the management of simple and complex wound care to aid the recovery and healing process. The post holder will support the team lead in the daily operation of the service and will provide holistic care to service users. The service will operate 7 days a week - daytime hours.
