Scheduling: · Contribute to the planning of summer and winter schedules (commercial and network), responding to schedule changes. Assisting road linehaul Invoicing (TMS), assisting with setting up Ad-Hoc Movements in the system and assisting with the Tender Process. Communicate and respond to changes in flight plans, contingency procedures and service maintenance within the Network and Airline industry. Flight sheet allocation daily update creation. Daily airline capacity management – increase/decrease capacity Responsibility for CALMS bookings & reservations, MAWB stock management, airline cancellation notifications NRU (Network Routing Update) & FTR (Freight Transit Routings) updates Liaising with Network Control Centre (NCC) - Airline handling instructions · Linehaul coverage e.g., booking adhoc trucks / linehaul ops Customer service: Ensure targets are met in a cost-effective manner providing the best service to our customers · Contribute to the supportive role Carriers and Linehaul provides as the interface between Airlines and the DHL Network. Reporting and Compliance: Analyse and report on utilisation. Airline performance, inbound recoveries working closely with Air ops and forecasting volume trends in peak and quiet periods Analyse commercial routings and routing compliance Manage performance of inbound commercial air into UK GTWs, analysing service level agreements (SLAs) and making sure material is connected to it's ongoing destination Performance reporting tasks - eg Daily operations brief Continuous improvement: Look for opportunities to improve performance and connectivity Stakeholder Management: Internal (LHR Operations Team; EMA Operations/NPG Team/ EU NPG Teams) External (Airlines, Third-Party Trucking Companies) Other duties: UK Planning Group Business Support such as Airline Events, Meeting Support for the planning managers. Daily LHRHUB Capacity management Daily warehouse walk/liaising with operations supervisors Booking checks CALMS & RAFI daily changes Managing and growing knowledge internally of FFR/FWB/eCSD/General electronic messaging & setting up new electronic lanes in CALMS Manage OFFNETS and HWO (Heavyweight & Oversized) Tool Requirements: LHR Operations/NCC Experience Desired, Stakeholder Interactions Experience Internal & External. 1/2 Years Ideal, more preferred.
